Terms of service

The rules for using html-pdf.com, the HTML to PDF API, MCP server and website operated by Wioks Global, S.L.

Last updated: 10 October 2026.

1. Who we are

html-pdf.com is operated by Wioks Global, S.L. (NIF B67621250), Calle Sant Josep 132-134, 08980 Sant Feliu de Llobregat, Barcelona, Spain ("we"). By creating an account or using the API, you agree to these terms.

2. The service

We convert HTML and public web pages into PDF documents through the website, the REST API and the MCP server. We may improve or change features over time. If we remove a feature you rely on, we will tell you in advance where reasonably possible.

3. Your account

One account per email address. Keep your API keys secret, because you are responsible for activity made with them. You can create and revoke keys in the dashboard at any time.

4. Credits and payments

5. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have 14 days from purchase to withdraw and get a refund of a credit pack you have not used. By using purchased credits you ask us to start providing the service immediately, and you lose the right of withdrawal for the credits already used. To withdraw, write to billing@html-pdf.com from your account email.

6. Refunds

Apart from the right of withdrawal, purchased credits are non-refundable, except where required by law or if we discontinue the service. In that case we refund unused purchased credits pro rata.

7. Acceptable use

Don't use html-pdf.com to create illegal content, phishing or fraudulent documents, malware, or material that infringes others' rights. Don't try to attack, overload or bypass the security of the service or other systems, including using the renderer to reach private networks. We may suspend accounts that break these rules, and we will refund unused purchased credits unless the suspension is due to fraud or abuse.

8. Your content

You keep all rights to the HTML you send and the PDFs you create. You give us only the permission needed to process them to provide the service. We don't store document content, except temporary download links that are deleted after 24 hours.

9. Availability and liability

We work to keep the service fast and available, but we provide it "as is", without guaranteed uptime. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including consumer rights.

10. Ending your account

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may close accounts that are inactive for more than 3 years after notifying you by email. Purchased credits stay valid while your account exists.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and announce material changes by email or in the changelog at least 30 days before they apply.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes go to the courts of Barcelona, except that consumers can always use the courts of their place of residence and the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
